Charmaine Noel was born in the Caribbean country of Trinidad & Tobago. Charmaine is from a multi-cultural family with French, Chinese, Arabic, and Jewish ancestors, among others. She was called to the ministry as a prophet and teacher in 1995. She began her ministry in Trinidad after many years of prophetic preparation. She started the Ministry for Anointed Prophecy (M.A.P.) in West Trinidad. She has traveled around the world teaching many ministers of the Gospel who have the prophetic call upon their lives. She had been on several media networks in over 100 countries over the years and is very active on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and You Tube.

Charmaine’s call to be a teacher of the Word of God has led her to open the CNM E-College in which topics such as Spiritual Leadership, Prophetic Praise & Worship, the Book of Genesis, the Book of Revelation and many more topics are available.

Charmaine’s assignment is to minister to leaders, both spiritual and political, on a national, regional, and worldwide scale, as well as to train End-Time people the heart and mind of God and how to discern periods and seasons. She is covered by her husband, Pastor Curtis Noel and Renny McLean Ministries.
